Veterans Day At Capital High School
Monday November 9, 2009 Capital High School held a school wide assembly to honor the nation's veterans. JROTC had a full color guard to commemorate the starting of the event. Students from the Voice's of Democracy essay contest read their winning essays to the student body. Guest veteran speakers closed the event by sharing words of wisdom from their experiences serving our country. More to come on Monday the 16th as well, stay tuned!
