Capital High is a Peanut and Tree Nut-Free Zone

Beginning August, 2006 a student with life threatening peanut and tree nut allergies enrolled in our school. Because of these allergies, items that may trigger a reaction can not be tolerated within the Capital High School Environment. We request that you do not bring any item or product that contains peanuts or tree nuts into the school. Products processed with peanut and tree nut oils should also be avoided. This is a very serious condition and must be treated as such by all in the Capital High School "family". Please feel free to contact the administration, school nurse, or one of the counselors if you have questions or comments regarding this issue. You can also do a google search to further educate yourself on the extent and seriousness of this life threatening illness.
